    Question the "Ruggedness"
    The suitcases were rugged enough to survive shipping, (the box was ripped and two corners were crushed) but I didn't trust them to hold up during travel. The material was thin and the stitching was exposed in some parts. The plastic corner supports were bent in the largest suitcase. My greatest concern was there was no support of the backs of the suitcases. There was no cushion or stiffness. The suitcase fabric and the bars for the retractable handle were the only things protecting the contents of your luggage. This set would be functional for the casual traveler but I question how rugged it would be tossed around by baggage personnel. I returned the set without any problems. Thank you Amazon.
